Outdoor Education
We finished up our Outdoor Education program at the beginning of October. In total, we had 2,684 students come through our program this year, along with teachers and parents (3041 all together)! Everyone got to experiment and explore how God made our amazing world and familiarize themselves with our campus. We hope that the kids who come on the field trip will come back for our other events and learn more about God’s plan and love for the world. We pray that everything we do points to Him!
Recruiting
We have a lot of planning happening behind the scenes at camp this month! There were lots of committees planning their next events this year and next, with so much in store! Lee stayed busy in the office as well as in committee meetings. He also got to join in on a college campus recruitment trip! He and Austin spent some time at UPike (University of Pikeville). Lee shared during their Tuesday Chapel, attended by a small group of students and professors. They also spent some time speaking to some students and faculty, sharing about camp, in hopes that we can recruit some summer missionaries for next summer.
Weekend Overnights
We had our first Weekend Overnight retreat this month! We had a group of 96 4th and 5th-graders join us for a Friday/Saturday event, experiencing all camp had to offer. Also, 2 new salvation decisions were made! We love getting to have these campers here and are excited to have more coming this weekend! 6th-8th grade registration → https://campnathanael.org/overnights
Voice of Camp Nathanael
We also got to do a Voice of Camp Nathanael podcast highlighting us. We got to talk about how we came to camp and how we serve. You can find our episode and more on wherever you get your podcasts (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, etc)!

- We still have our foster son, M, with us. He should be moving back in with his mom soon. Be in prayer during this time of transition!
- Pray for the campers attending Weekend Overnights. Pray we pack out the one for this upcoming weekend!
- Pray for the 2 campers who gave their lives to Jesus at the previous Weekend Overnight! We are rejoicing as they begin their journey following Jesus!
