September 2026 🍂
Outdoor Education 🌏
We are right in the middle of Outdoor Education Field Trips! We have almost 3 weeks down (plus our Kindergarten days) and one more to go. We have had 100s of students, teachers, and parents attend as field trips learning all about different climates and cultures are around the world. We have stations for Costa Rica, Japan, Alaska, Africa, England, there’s a station on weather stations and meteorologists, weather myths and even a chance to go on an “airplane ride.” Lee has been mainly helping with registration in the mornings and working in the office while subbing in to teach as needed. Tess has been in charge of our store. Baby KK has been there helping as well!
Upcoming Events
Fall Festival 🍂 – October 17th – bring $ for food trucks
A new addition to the calendar this year is the Fall Festival. A way to introduce new families to the happenings of Camp Nathanael. Many times what holds new campers back from Summer Camp or a Weekend Event is the fear of the unknown, especially on the parents side. This day invites the community to check out campus, meet the staff, and play some games. We will have food trucks, inflatables, carnival games, a duck drop in the creek and more! If you are local, we hope you are able to join us! The only cost will be buying food from the food trucks.
Overnights 📸 – October 23rd-24th & November 6th-7th – $20
Our weekend overnight retreats will also be happening in October/November. We want these to be a chance for kids to get a taste of all camp has to offer to encourage the kids to come to Summer Camp! https://www.campnathanael.org/overnights

- November 6-7: 6th-8th Grades
Pray with us
- Our foster daughter J went to live with family this month. We are excited for them and are praying they are connected or are connecting to a local church.
- Pray for Tess for a continued healthy pregnancy. We’re having a girl!
- Pray for the riders in our Trails to Truth horsemanship program this school semester. Pray as they learn to care for horses and learn biblical leadership at the horse barn.
