February 2024 (Happy Leap Day) 📅
Projects!
February is a short month with a lot packed in! We are starting to get really busy prepping for our spring and summer events. Lee has spent some time this month preparing summer Bible Classes (revamping after teaching last year). We also had our annual audit done by an outside organization. I know accountability isn’t the most exciting thing but it keeps us on track!
We had work teams come help with projects a big one being the pool! It’s currently got a rather large ditch dug around as repairs are made. We are praying we can get the pool fixed and back ready to use by our Day Camp the first week of June. Please join us in prayer for this so it doesn’t become a major issue!

Women’s Conference campnathanael.org/womensministry
Tess worked with other women of the mission to put on the annual women’s conference on February 24th. These conferences don’t cost to attend and continue to grow. We had over 100 women attend from many small and larger churches around the area.
Next is our Men’s Event campnathanael.org/mensministry !
We are prepping for a Men’s event this Saturday, March 2nd! Be in prayer for the men attending that their identity would be rooted in Christ in their homes, work, schools, and church. If you’re in the area register (so we make sure to have enough BBQ) and come on over!
This is followed up by our Spring retreats campnathanael.org/springretreats & campnathanel.org/collegeretreat !
4th-6th Grade Spring Retreat
March 8th-9th
Lee will be the key speaker at this event speaking on Friday night and Saturday morning at the chapel services.

College Spring Retreat
March 15th-17th
This is the first time, maybe ever, that Camp Nathanael has hosted a College age retreat, for ages 18-25.

7th-12th Grade Spring Retreat
March 22nd-23rd
We will be serving in various roles at this event helping make the best weekend possible!

In April we kick off KickStart Soccer (a soccer program at camp with registration opening tomorrow on March 1st), Married Couples Retreat on April 26th-27th (encouraging ever deepening relationships) and of course Summer Camp is on the horizon for June.
Family Updates
We still have our foster baby, M and he turned 6 months! Piper and Jude also had birthdays this month, turning 5 and 3! We also got to meet up with our previous foster son, K and play at the park!
